Established in 2010, Living Fitness is a private personal training and Pilates studio that customizes training programs in weight loss, strength training, recreational fitness, athletic development and Pilates. Unlike many of the younger Living Fitness clients, I am 66 years old and began training with John ten years ago. I thank both John and Christine for keeping me moving and in great shape! Because I have several physical ailments, they have worked closely with my doctors and physical therapists to ensure that I do not exacerbate these issues, but work toward strengthening and stretching the problem areas for even greater mobility and relief, along with maintaining a strong and fit body. The facility is always spotless, the sessions varied and fun, and the entire staff very knowledgeable.
