Liz has been a ﬁtness professional for over 20 years. She started her career in Sweden as an Aerobics instructor and running coach. After living around the world and always making ﬁtness a priority she moved to the United States and turned her passion for ﬁtness into a full time career. Liz holds a Personal Training and Group Fitness certiﬁcation from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. Her other certiﬁcations include Spin, Gravity, TRX, Aqua Fitness, Kettle Bell Training, 500 Hour Certiﬁed Yoga instructor, Hot 26 Yoga and Meditation. She is an avid cyclist and runner, volunteering her time as a running coach to the adolescent girls running group Girls on the Run (GOTR). Liz believes that along with strength training each client should recognize the importance of proper nutrition as well as their mental ﬁtness. She believes training mentally and physically gives her clients an outlet that tones the spirit and conditions the body.
